Walmart Retail Specialist – Premium Retail Services

Location: BASTROP, Louisiana

Pay: $13.00 per hour – Range: $13.00 - $13.00 (part-time)

• Locate merchandise in the backroom of Walmart stores and place products on the floor.
• Stock and pack out products to help ensure shoppers find what they need.
• Front‑face products to maintain attractive shelf displays.
• Receive and install marketing and promotional materials at the store.
• Build displays to showcase client products as needed.
• Use Premium’s field technology on mobile device to answer questions, take photos of completed work, and report progress.
• Represent Premium and clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
• Collaborate with Walmart store management and associates to complete tasks.
• Communicate with direct manager via email, phone, and text.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to travel between retail locations.
• Smartphone with data/internet to upload photos and report.

• Flexible schedule – Monday to Friday.
• Variety in job tasks; no repetitive day‑to‑day duties.
• Independence in daily work.
• Training and certification provided by true retail experts.
