Job Summary
The Warehouse will provide shipping, receiving and inventory maintenance support.
Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Warehouse will properly package, label and tag warehouse inventory. It will complete and log daily activities including receiving, shipping, stocking, tooling, auditing, issuing all materials and completing special assignments. The Warehouse will conduct cycle‑counts of inventory, manage daily logs, enter materials into the IES Inventory database, load and unload goods and supplies, and ensure proper handling. It will maintain warehouse quality by tracking damaged inventory and reporting it in a timely manner.
The Warehouse may require operating forklifts and company vehicles, work in accordance with 5S organization and Lean principles, and efficiently carry out all task assignments. Min USD $20.00/Hr. Max USD $27.00/Hr.
Physical and Mental Requirements: Regular attendance is mandatory. Must have entry‑level knowledge of operating warehouse machinery and equipment. Must be self‑motivated, positive, professional, and help create, develop and implement process improvement projects. Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees. Prefer familiarity with cycle‑counting, order picking, shipping, receiving and operating a forklift. Must be able to work at heights, off a ladder and in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds.
Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements: High School diploma or GED equivalency. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a warehouse environment. Basic understanding of operating systems (SAP, Spectrum). Intermediate skill level using Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be able to use power tools and have the physical agility to conduct warehouse inventory. Knowledge of 5S and Lean environments is a plus.
