FLSA Status: Hourly Non-exempt position
Benefits eligibility: 60 days after hire date
Employment type: Full Time
Reports to: Foreman

Work alongside, lead and motivate labor crew to ensure timely completion and accomplishment of target objectives

• Motivate labor crew to ensure continuous work and accomplishment of objectives
• Ensure labor crew’s safety at all times
• Maintain and repair equipment as needed to ensure tools are functional at all times
• Coordinate labor crew’s activities with foreman and superintendent
• Perform same duties as labor crew including all manual labor required
• Conduct training of pushers to ensure quality work at all times
• Work with crew to perform cleanup duties around work area
• Other duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent knowledge and experience required. Field experience and knowledge of pipeline construction. Good leadership skills required. Attention to detail, initiative, and reliability. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Work hours are generally a regular work week of 40 hours; however, exact hours to work each day may vary as required.
