• Facilitate workshops for small student groups following a structured, playbook-based curriculum
• Conduct 1:1 and small group coaching sessions designed to motivate children toward ambitious learning targets
• Employ storytelling, vocal presence, and enthusiasm to capture student attention and guide mastery of sophisticated concepts
• Leverage AI tools and individual student data to tailor incentives and sustain high engagement
• Monitor student advancement, execute mastery assessments, and refine approaches based on outcomes

• Minimum 3 years working with groups of children ages 4–8 (teaching, after school programs, coaching, or comparable settings)
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Proven record of academic achievement (e.g., National Merit Scholar, early college admission, academic competitions)
• Available to work on-site at the GT campus in Georgetown, TX
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
