Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a patient care coordinator and/or 1 year of related training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable using computers regularly.
- High attention to detail, especially considering patient safety.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrate team-oriented behavior, respect management and colleagues, and strive to create an exceptional patient experience.
- Punctual, dependable, goal-oriented, and receptive to constructive feedback.
- Reliable transportation.
