EHS Technician – Day Shift

Blue Wave is hiring an EHS Technician – Day Shift for a manufacturing client based in Bastrop, Texas. As an EHS Technician, you will provide daily environmental, health, and safety support across production operations. This onsite role focuses on addressing field safety needs, reviewing risks, and delivering employee safety training.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily field safety support across manufacturing and production operations.
• Respond to workplace injuries and safety concerns in the field.
• Post safety signage and review risk assessments.
• Administer safety training for new employees.
• Contribute to the development of safety training materials as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional EHS experience.
• Experience supporting a production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire with an initial 13-week contract, onsite in Bastrop, Texas

Compensation: $35/hour

Shift: Day Shift

Hours: 5 x 10's (Monday - Friday)
