SpaceX in Texas is seeking a Silicon Packaging Technician for Starlink manufacturing. You will work with IC packaging engineers and manufacturing teams on deposition, photolithography, and dicing processes to produce reliable modules for satellite hardware.
This role requires strong cleanroom experience, hands-on instrument operation, and meticulous attention to process control. You’ll be involved in high-volume, high-precision packaging and must be able to work shifts and occasional overtime.
