Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health performs patient visits, coordinates care, and serves as the primary contact among care disciplines. Key duties include consulting with physicians, collecting accurate OASIS data, maintaining current medication profiles, reporting lab values promptly, and participating in weekly case conferences and monthly meetings.

Qualifications

Registered Nurses must meet these requirements:

• Hold a current RN license in the state of employment
• Preferably have at least one year of clinical experience
• Demonstrate current nursing practice knowledge and skills
• Possess a valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
