Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa is in search of a dedicated, customer-focused Food Runner to join our restaurant team at Maverick's Roadhouse. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a vibrant team and create unforgettable dining moments. As a Food Runner, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive their meals promptly and enjoy top-notch service.
You’ll work closely with our Food Servers to deliver a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver meals to guests quickly and efficiently, ensuring they receive the best service possible.
- Assist Food Servers in serving guests, maintaining a smooth workflow.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Handle moderate lifting, pulling, and pushing as needed in this dynamic role.

Qualifications- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- A desire to exceed guest expectations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have open availability to work afternoon, evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
- Food Handler's certification is required
