Logistics, Merchandising, and Operations Positions:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred; associate or bachelor’s in Criminal Justice preferred for Asset Protection.
• Previous related work experience preferred; experience with POS systems and outdoor hobbies is a plus.
• CPR and First Responder certification, Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background are advantageous for specific roles.

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to connect and build rapport with customers; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with organizational skills.
• Proficiency with inventory software, POS systems, and basic tools.
• Strong outdoor interests and skills for outdoor enthusiast roles.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and reaching.
