Responsibilities- Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive store sales.
- Guide customers through the entire buying process, providing solutions, samples, and installation recommendations.
- Highlight current promotions, financing options, and Home Depot advantages.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety as part of a team.
- Monitor inventory and drive in-stock support for seamless shopping experience.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work within a team environment.
