Job Description:
Sandblaster FLSA Status:
Hourly Non-exempt position
Benefits eligibility: 60 days after hire date

Reports to:
Superintendent
To assist painter by performing general sandblasting duties in a safe, efficient manner.
Job Duties:- Keep construction job site organized and clean
- Maintain and operate sandblast rig
- Operating hand and power tools of all types such as air hammers and cement mixers
- Sandblast pipes, valves, other items as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
May require high school diploma or equivalent knowledge and experience. Field experience and knowledge of general construction principles. Attention to detail, initiative, and reliability. Experience working on a team and following directions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to extreme weather conditions. The work is performed outdoors on the jobsite where the employee will be exposed to extreme heat and cold.
The noise level in the work environment can be extreme on the jobsite.
Work hours are generally a regular work week of 40 plus hours; however, exact hours to work each day may vary as required.
