Senior Finance Accountant

Responsibilities

• Process and record daily financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts receivable, account payables and bank reconciliations.
• Check and process monthly employee expense claims.
• Prepare and review monthly payrolls, payslips and draft probationary/labour contracts.
• Process payments, liaise with banks and the tax department to resolve related matters.
• Record and maintain bookkeeping, prepare monthly and quarterly P&L reports, tax reports, and other internal reports assignments in compliance with Indonesia accounting regulations.
• HR and office general administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Company Manager/Director.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting qualification.
• More than 5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience in processing full set bookkeeping knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must; proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.
