Accountant - Treasury; Mandarin Speaker

A Senior accountant's role encompasses managing and executing the organization's accounts payable functions, payment processing and ensuring all payment compliance accounting principles, timely payments to vendors, responsible for handling audits.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of vendor invoices between system vs supporting documentation
• Schedule and process overseas payments, including checks, electronic transfers, exchange foreign
• Monitor payment schedules to ensure timely disbursements and avoid late fees.
• Address and resolve payment discrepancies and issues with vendors
• Maintain organized records of invoices, payments voucher and other accounts payable documentation
• Prepare weekly cash movement report
• Perform other duties as assigned by Superior

• Min 2 years of accounting experience
• Target oriented
• Experience in ERP system
• Strong understanding of tax fundamentals
• Able to work under pressure
• Honest, detail-oriented, good teamwork, strong analytical and problem solving.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with little to no supervision.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proactive in identifying discrepancies or irregularities
