Tax Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage daily tax and general accounting activities, including proper documentation and archiving of financial transactions
• Review monthly/annual tax return
• Prepare and issue monthly tax invoices (VAT Output) and manage, verify, and validate tax documents (tax invoices, billing, and supporting documents)
• Coordination of tax audits in Indonesia and contact person for tax authorities and external advisors
• Handle tax reconciliation and data equalization between accounting records and tax reports
• Transfer Pricing:
  Support in the preparation of TP documentation
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable tax regulations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (tax consultants, auditors, tax authorities) when needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
• Minimum 3 years of experience, results-oriented, analytical and have attention to details
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations
• Familiar with Coretax system
• Familiar with tax compliance and tax audit processes
• Results-oriented, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Additional experience in international taxation is preferred
• Brevet A, B, C certification is a plus
