Glints is seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to supervise Accounts Executives and Assistants, oversee full-spectrum financial accounting in line with statutory requirements, and drive accurate financial analysis to support key business decisions in Batam.
You will lead monthly closings, review balance sheets, manage audits, cash flow, tax computations, and budgeting processes while strengthening internal controls and collaborating with external auditors and management.
