CPC ADMIN

• Mengawasi seluruh proses operasional di Cash Processing Center (CPC)
• Memastikan proses penerimaan, penghitungan, dan penyortiran uang berjalan sesuai SOP
• Mengontrol proses cash sorting, counting, balancing, dan packaging
• Memastikan akurasi hasil penghitungan dan mencegah selisih kas (cash discrepancy)
• Mengawasi penggunaan mesin counting dan sistem cash processing
• Mengatur dan membagi tugas tim operasional CPC
• Memastikan standar keamanan uang tunai diterapkan dengan ketat
• Melakukan verifikasi dan validasi hasil proses cash sebelum diserahkan ke pihak terkait
• Menangani dan investigasi jika terjadi selisih atau error proses
• Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan terkait aktivitas CPC
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim cash management, audit, dan operasional cabang
• Memastikan target SLA proses pengolahan cash terpenuhi
• Memberikan arahan, coaching, dan evaluasi kinerja tim CPC
