Finance Executive

- Finance Executive (6 Months Contract)

• Manage daily Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including billing, invoicing, collections, and payment tracking.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments and billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate AR transactions, receipts, and financial records in the accounting system.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in resolving financial discrepancies.
• Prepare AR reports and support month-end/year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and external parties on billing and payment matters.
• Assist with audit preparation and other ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks.

• A degree and several years' experience in the Finance and Accounting field will be required to succeed. Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
• A degree in Accountancy or Finance will be particularly advantageous.
• An analytical mind.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Commercial and business acumen.
• Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
• A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
• Ability to stick to time constraints.

• Understand general accounting practices,
• Proficiency in accounting software (ERP / Quickbooks)
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Efficient in engaging in tasks that require consistency and attention to detail.
• Understand financial statements.
• Experience:
  
  1-3 years' experience as Accountant / Finance.
