Key Responsibilities- Coordinate scheduling, internal communications, and task follow-ups
- Manage day‑to‑day operations to ensure workflow efficiency
- Identify and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks
- Contribute to internal process improvement and team support
- Able to communicate in English (written and verbal)
- Quick to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficiency with or willingness to learn tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience or comfort working with design tools like Canva
- Prior experience in operations, admin, or support roles
- Interest in startup or fast‑paced environments
