Position: Purchasing Staff

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support in daily operations
  • Receive goods and related documents from vendor and ensure proper verification and record keeping
  • Coordinate and arrange the delivery of goods as required
  • Sourcing and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth purchasing process
  • Prepare and process purchase orders (PO) accurately using the SAP System
Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree
  • Min. 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
  • Excellent communication skills in English or Mandarin
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
