PT.China State Construction Overseas Development Shanghai is seeking an experienced Project HRGA Officer to support construction project operations in Indonesia. Responsibilities include managing project-based HR activities, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, and coordinating with project management and site teams.
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree, at least 3–5 years of experience in HR, and strong knowledge of labor regulations. Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred, and familiarity with Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
