Construction Manager: Lead Projects, Plan & Deliver

Roles & Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop initial cost estimates, project scopes, and construction schedules.
• Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations on the job site to guarantee construction standards and proper materials are used.
• Resource Management: Hire, manage, and coordinate the daily activities of subcontractors and laborers.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure the site complies with all legal requirements, building codes, and workplace safety regulations.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the budget, approve invoices, process change orders, and track project costs.
• Stakeholder Communication: Hold regular meetings and provide progress and budget reports to clients and executives.
• Problem Solving: Mitigate delays, resolve on-site emergencies, and troubleshoot design or structural issues.

• A solid technical background and a bachelor's degree or diploma in naval architecture, marine engineering, or a related field.
• Five years or more of construction management experience
• Understanding of the new construction project.
