We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. Based in Batam, Kepulauan Riau, this role is fundamental to supporting the smooth and efficient running of our construction operations. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our projects maintain high standards of organisation, coordination, and compliance. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction industry whilst contributing directly to the success of our operational activities.

• Assist in coordinating daily deployment of heavy equipment, operators, and supporting crew.
• Prepare and update basic operational documents such as timesheets, job sheets, and equipment utilization records.
• Support communication between operations team, drivers, mechanics, and project sites.
• Help monitor equipment availability, job progress, and schedule updates under supervisor guidance.
• Assist in arranging equipment mobilization and demobilization.
• Maintain proper filing and ensure operational data is accurately recorded.
• Ensure administrative processes comply with company procedures and safety (HSE) requirements.
• Provide general administrative support to the Operations team when required.

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome: 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of heavy equipment, logistics, or construction industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to support field/operations staff when required.
• Team player with the ability to work under supervision.
