About the Job:Artelia is seeking a talented CSA Engineer to join a confidential Data Center Construction Project in Indonesia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising Civil, Structural, and Architectural works, ensuring construction activities are executed in accordance with project requirements, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. This role will work closely with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to support the successful delivery of a mission-critical facility.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Civil, Structural, and Architectural construction works on site.
- Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and contractor submissions.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and report project progress, issues, and risks.
- Support testing, snagging, punch list closure, and project handover activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects.
- Experience in Data Centers, Industrial Facilities, Commercial Buildings, or Mission-Critical Projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural works, architectural finishes, and QA/QC processes.
- Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and site supervision activities.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
