As an EHS Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting environmental, health, and safety practices within the Maintenance field. You will be directly integrated into the operational team.
Key responsibilities- Coordinate and implement project EHS policies, procedures, and requirements at the worksite
- Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and potential hazards
- Ensure compliance with approved Risk Assessment (RA), Method Statement (MS), JSA, and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements
- Conduct and coordinate toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and EHS awareness programs
- Monitor high-risk activities such as lifting, working at height, hot work, confined space, electrical work, and heavy equipment operations
- Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and client EHS representatives regarding site safety matters
- Report and participate in the investigation of incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and follow up corrective actions
- Maintain EHS documentation, inspection records, permits, reports, and safety statistics
- Support emergency preparedness, including emergency drills, evacuation arrangements, and response procedures
- Monitor environmental requirements, including waste management, spill prevention, and housekeeping
- Possess a Diploma or Degree
- More than 10 years' experience and 7 years in EHS role
- Fluent in English and Bahasa
