Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Sipil / Arsitektur / Elektro / Mechanical.
- Pengalaman kerja min. 5 tahun di bidang konstruksi (Civil, Arsitektur, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).
- Pernah bekerja di perusahaan konstruksi sipil/konsultan.
- Menguasai AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Solid Works, dan Ms. Office.
- Mampu membaca & memahami gambar teknis (single line diagram, simbol ME, dsb).
- Memahami material bangunan dan instalasi MEP.
- Komunikatif, teliti, disiplin, jujur, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
- Siap bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
- Mengawasi dan memastikan pekerjaan proyek berjalan sesuai gambar dan spesifikasi
- Mengontrol progres pekerjaan agar sesuai dengan timeline
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal, vendor, dan pihak terkait
- Memastikan kualitas pekerjaan sesuai standar perusahaan
- Menyusun laporan pekerjaan secara berkala (harian/mingguan)
- Mengidentifikasi serta menyelesaikan kendala teknis di lapangan
- CV & Surat Lamaran
- Surat Keterangan Sehat wajib
