Architecture; Maternity Leave

Overview

Responsible for the creative and technical design of buildings, ensuring that projects meet aesthetic, functional, safety, and regulatory standards. This role includes communicating with clients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural, electrical, and interior aspects, while applying creativity and a strong understanding of building materials.

• Conduct site surveys and client interviews to understand project requirements.
• Prepare initial sketches and 3D models using software such as Revit and/or Archi
  
  CAD.
• Prepare and present conceptual ideas, detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings based on the client brief and information using architectural design software.
• Integrate feedback from internal stakeholders and clients throughout the design process.
• Complete and compile architectural construction documents.
• Collaborate with other teams, including site managers and engineers (structural and MEP), to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate closely with clients throughout the project.
• Perform other administrative tasks, both directly and indirectly required to complete the work, such as following up for additional client information and reviewing inquiries.
• Upload all files and data to the company-provided cloud system.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with a minimum of 1 year of experience in architectural design.
• Proven experience in regularly using Revit and ArchiCAD, as well as other architectural design software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design concepts and completed projects, with excellent conceptual thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong passion for design.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with good time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willing to relocate to Batam.
