- - Memiliki design sense / taste yang baik, terutama modern residential dan contemporary design
- - Menguasai AutoCAD dan Sketch Up
- - Menguasai salah satu atau lebih:
Revit, Enscape, Lumion, D5 Render, V-Ray - - Mampu membuat 3D modeling dan rendering yang proper
- - Mampu membuat DED / working drawing secara lengkap dan detail
- - Memiliki pengalaman koordinasi dengan site, vendor, atau contractor menjadi nilai tambah
- - Teliti, adaptable, punya ownership, dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline
- - Bersedia bekerja dan berdomisili di Batam
- - Mengembangkan concept menjadi design development dan working drawing/DED
- - Menyiapkan architectural drawing, detail drawing, material specification, dan drawing revision
- - Koordinasi architecture, interior, structure, MEP, dan pekerjaan site
- - Site visit untuk memastikan pekerjaan sesuai design/drawing
- - Koordinasi dengan contractor, subcontractor, vendor, dan internal project team
- - Project yang pernah dibangun atau dikoordinasikan sampai tahap site, jika ada
