This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tutor located in Batam. The Tutor will be responsible for delivering personalized and group lessons, preparing instructional materials, assessing student progress, and adapting teaching methods to fit the individual needs of students. The Tutor will focus on teaching Calistung, Mandarin, or subjects aligned with international curriculums while fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents
• Ability to plan lessons, create instructional materials, and assess student progress
• Passion for teaching and fostering a supportive learning atmosphere
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience in academic subjects is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, linguistics, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and additional language skills, such as Mandarin, is beneficial
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
