The Preschool Teacher is responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality learning experiences for children aged 1.5 – 6 years in an international preschool setting. The teacher creates a safe, nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes children's cognitive, language, social-emotional, physical, and creative development through play-based and inquiry-based learning.

The Preschool Teacher works collaboratively with school leaders, colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure every child reaches their full potential while maintaining the school's academic standards, child safeguarding policies, and international best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (required).

Minimum 3 years of Preschool teaching experience.

Experience in an international preschool is preferred.

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Passionate about early childhood education.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Patient, caring, and nurturing personality.

Able to work collaboratively within a multicultural environment.

Willing to participate in continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences for children aged 1.5–6 years.

Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.

Implement play-based and inquiry-based learning activities.

Observe, assess, and document children's development and progress.

Supervise children's wellbeing during classroom and outdoor activities.

Prepare and organize classroom learning materials.

Maintain effective communication with parents regarding children's progress.

Collaborate with school leaders and colleagues to support academic excellence.

Ensure compliance with child safeguarding policies and school standards.

Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
