QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Education/Teaching/Training or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years teaching experience
  • Able to teach Preschool through Secondary
  • Familiar with Indonesia National Curriculum
  • Apply UK and International learning resources and teaching approaches
  • CEFR-aligned English Programme
  • Accommodation provided.
  • Full-time position in Batam, Indonesia
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Conduct engaging English teaching and learning activities for students from Preschool, Primary, and Secondary levels.
  • Plan and develop lesson plans, teaching materials, classroom activities, and assessments in accordance with the school’s curriculum.
  • Deliver engaging, communicative, and student-centred English lessons.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on students’ learning progress.
  • Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with local teachers, Heads of Department, and academic teams to support student learning and development.
  • Participate in curriculum planning, development, and continuous improvement of academic programmes.
  • Support and participate in school events, projects, extracurricular activities, and student development programmes.
  • Assist with and support school marketing, promotional, and recruitment events.
WORKING HOURS
  • Monday to Friday
  • Approximately 40 hours per week on campus
  • Maximum 24 teaching hours per week
  • Remaining working hours are allocated to lesson planning, meetings, student support, professional collaboration, school activities, and other academic responsibilities.
