Preschool Lead Teacher

As the Preschool Lead Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the school's culture, guiding teachers, and ensuring that every child experiences the joy of learning in a nurturing and stimulating environment. You will lead this new school branch in Batam and bring the educational vision to life.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and engaging classroom activities suitable for early years students
• Lead Pre‑K (3‑4 years old) classroom activities and conduct teaching sessions in line with the daily schedule
• Support children individually or in small groups to reinforce learning and development
• Build positive relationships with students and create a safe, nurturing learning environment
• Communicate with parents through Parent‑Teacher Conferences (PTC), Parent Initial Meetings (PIM), or other meetings when needed

About you

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience teaching in a preschool or kindergarten setting
• Prior experience as a Kindergarten Lead Teacher in an international preschool is highly preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English is mandatory
• Fluent in Mandarin or have experience teaching Mandarin for kindergarten is a plus point
• Passionate about Early Childhood Education
• A lifelong learner
