This role involves participating in project construction organization design and technical planning, with responsibility for formulating and submitting technical solutions for approval. You will manage material and plan approval processes, submit and review SHD documents (local engineering documentation), and assist in coordinating project drawings and backend BIM foundation coordination work.
Job Requirements:
Over 5 years of work experience in the construction industry
Over 2 years of work experience in positions related to construction technology
Proficient in both Chinese and English; fluent in Chinese and able to communicate smoothly with Chinese clients
Strong sense of responsibility, dedicated and passionate about one's work
Able to comply with work location assignments
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in the work of project construction organization design and technical planning.
Responsible for the formulation and submission/approval of project technical solutions.
Responsible for material approval and plan approval processes.
Responsible for submitting and reviewing SHD documents (SHD refers to local engineering documentation).
Assist in coordinating project drawings and collaborate on backend BIM foundation coordination work.
Participate in project consulting coordination meetings, communicate with consulting engineers, and resolve various technical issues.
Responsible for handling on-site technical issues and formulating quality rectification plans.
