Lead Mechanical Facility Manager; data center

as the leading recruitment agencies, Adecco is currently supporting one of the growing Digital Infrastructure Company that develops, builds and operates digital networks and data centre assetsin their search for Lead Facility Engineer (Mechanical)that will be in Batamwork of setting.

• Iead daily data center operations and maintenance of all mechanical systems, ensuring full redundancy, SLA compliance, and uptime for IT load.
• Oversee inspections, investigations, trend analysis, capacity verification, and end-to-end management of mechanical, thermal, and reliability incidents.
• Manage and develop facilities engineers and technicians through task assignment, shift planning, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and drive efficiency initiatives, including chiller optimization, delta-T improvement, water quality management, and airflow optimization.
• Support new builds, expansions, retrofits, and fit-out projects by reviewing designs, SOP/MOP/EOP, commissioning (FAT, SAT, IST), and project-to-operations handover.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors while maintaining accurate asset registers, drawings, reports, and monitoring performance via BMS, BAS, and DCIM systems.

• 5+ years’ experience in facilities or operations management, preferably in critical environments
• Strong incident and escalation communication skills; fluent in English
• Electrical or mechanical trade background or relevant degree
• Proven ability to execute critical-risk changes with zero customer impact
• Experienced in developing and reviewing SOP, MOP, EOP, incident and RCA reports, CAPEX/OPEX forecasts, and asset management
• Knowledge of MEP, security, ICT change management, and contractor/vendor management, including CMMS, customer portals, and BMS/DCIM systems
