As Senior QMS Engineer (Management Representative), you will be the owner of our Quality Management System
, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001
. You will lead internal audit programs, strengthen risk‑based processes, support certification activities, and build a strong quality culture across the site.

• Lead, maintain, and continually improve the company-wide Quality Management System
  .
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 and customer-specific requirements.
• Lead the internal audit program
  , including training and coaching internal auditors.
• Serve as primary contact during certification and customer audits
  .
• Oversee CAPA to ensure effective, long-term corrective action implementation.
• Drive risk‑based thinking
  , integrating FMEA, Control Plans, and process KPIs into the system.
• Facilitate Management Review Meetings and track quality performance trends.
• Lead QMS digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote quality awareness and system ownership across all departments.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• 5–10 years experience in QMS, quality systems, or automotive/manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001/IATF 16949

• Good knowledge of auditing and certified Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor (preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
