Senior Engineer Calibration Engineer

Overview

In this role, you're responsible to leads calibration activities to ensure accurate, traceable, and compliant measurement systems, providing technical expertise, driving continuous improvement, mentoring staff, and as the technical authority during audits and cross-functional engagements.

• Perform calibration, verification, and preventive maintenance of measurement and test equipment across mechanical, electrical, and dimensional parameters.
• Review calibration reports and calibration data; support troubleshooting of out of tolerance conditions and contribute to implementing effective corrective actions.
• Review, analyze, and support Measurement System Analysis (MSA) activities, including Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R).
• Analyze calibration and measurement datasets to identify trends and recommend data driven improvements

• Support internal, external, and customer audits related to calibration and metrology, and ensure compliance with applicable standards, including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, and internal procedures.
• Develop and improve calibration methods, work instructions, and calibration fixtures as needed.
• Support the digitalization of calibration workflows using electronic calibration systems, automated data logging, and digital traceability tools.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical or related field).
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Quality System Management including internal and external audit.
• A strong understanding of Calibration principles
  , measurement traceability and MSA.
• Proven collaboration and communication skills
  , with the ability to work effectively across departments to ensure calibration commitments are delivered on time and in compliance with required standards.
• Excellent English skills (speaking, listening and writing).
