Senior Engineer Quality Management Production

Overview

Senior Engineer Quality Management is responsible for driving quality improvement programs, preparing the Internal Quality Audit Plan, and developing policies, procedures, and methods to verify product, material, and operational quality.

• Drive Quality Improvement programs and initiatives, address customer complaint root cause, corrective action/preventive action, and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Prepare Internal Quality Audit Plan; coordinate customer QMS/Q Process questionnaires; respond to them; and perform internal audits on the shop floor.
• Drive and execute the NLoZD (Zero Defect) program within the area of responsibility.
• Define, develop, deploy, maintain, and review a Quality Management System and systematic processes/methods considering standards and customer requirements.
• Develop policies, procedures, and methods to verify product, material, and component reliability across the value chain (in-house, production partner, material supplier); implement and verify effectiveness and efficiency of quality improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies, concepts, methodologies, and programs to establish and maintain quality standards for existing and planned technologies, packages, products, and services; provide proactive and reactive quality services for internal and external customers.
• Develop programs to foster a quality mindset and a sustainable quality culture, including a healthy deviation culture.
• Drive and execute quality across project/change management processes and line engineering, including deployment and sustainment of FMEA (design, process, maintenance) and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science.
• Familiar with Quality Tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, FTA, 3x5 Why, Fishbone, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing (semiconductor backend experience preferred).
• Experience in quality systems and audit-related work.
• People management / supervisory / leadership skills.
• Auditor certification, FMEA and risk assessment experience.
• 8D or structured problem-solving skills.
• Certified ISO QS-9000 or IATF 16949 (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and resolve them quickly.
• Hands-on knowledge of auditing and database management.
• Familiar with digitalization/automation/AI-related topics.
