Process Quality Engineer

• Responsible for take a lead and driving as well executing Quality improvement systematically in process deployment and sustaining continuous improvement end to end.
• Develops and implements strategy programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing and proactive quality services.
• Focus on quality mindset and a sustainable quality culture.
• Ensure the daily issues are solved following containment, corrective and preventive action principle with strong root cause analysis

• optimizes the manufacturing processes and helps in developing a unified and strong supplier management.
• integrates supply chain actors and leverages opportunities created by upstream and downstream linkages with a focus on creating value and improving customer satisfaction.
• Guarantee the application quality policy & the respect of customer requirements in terms of technical quality & service level.
• Manage the Quality Management System of the entity.
• Manage Manufacturing quality:
  It covers quality related activities inside industrial entities as well as flows between them.
• manufacturing/assembling processes robustness (as result of implementation of Process Control Chart, FMEA, Poka Yoke…)
• Industrial problem management:
  Issue to Prevention management, using 8D methodologies (warm loop and cold loop), with CS&Q related processes.

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Good command in English.
• Communication and analytical skill.
• Computer literate MS excel, word, Power Point.
• Experience – 5years in the same function.
• Good knowledge of internal quality practices.
• Knowledge of related industrial practices :
  Kaizen, Six-Sigma.
• In-depth knowledge in Basic Quality Core ( 7QC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan).
