Responsibilities- Prepare process documentation.
- Periodically review and update engineering work instructions and related forms.
- Supervise process implementation in production during new product launch.
- Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start‑up and certification.
- Assess processes, collect measurements, and interpret data.
- Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes.
- Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
- Perform process simulations.
- Manage cost and time constraints.
- Perform risk assessments.
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
- Uphold the company’s core values of integrity, innovation, accountability, and teamwork.
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s code of ethics and conduct.
- Report quality problems or defects to a manager or senior manager for corrective action and recurrence prevention.
- Perform other duties as needed to meet business needs.
- Proven work experience in process engineering.
- Experience with PCBA and box‑build processes.
- Experience in high‑mix manufacturing.
- Knowledge of control plans, PFMEA, 8D, validation reports.
- Stencil design experience.
- BOM creation skills.
- Excellent technical skills.
- Knowledge of process‑related standards.
- Experience with process simulations.
- Working knowledge of process‑engineering software packages.
- CAD or AutoCAD skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Team player.
- Good time‑management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
