Process Engineer

• Prepare process documentation.
• Periodically review and update engineering work instructions and related forms.
• Supervise process implementation in production during new product launch.
• Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start‑up and certification.
• Assess processes, collect measurements, and interpret data.
• Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes.
• Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
• Perform process simulations.
• Manage cost and time constraints.
• Perform risk assessments.
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
• Uphold the company’s core values of integrity, innovation, accountability, and teamwork.
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s code of ethics and conduct.
• Report quality problems or defects to a manager or senior manager for corrective action and recurrence prevention.
• Perform other duties as needed to meet business needs.

• Proven work experience in process engineering.
• Experience with PCBA and box‑build processes.
• Experience in high‑mix manufacturing.
• Knowledge of control plans, PFMEA, 8D, validation reports.
• Stencil design experience.
• BOM creation skills.
• Excellent technical skills.
• Knowledge of process‑related standards.
• Experience with process simulations.
• Working knowledge of process‑engineering software packages.
• CAD or AutoCAD skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
