PCI Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior SMT Process Engineer to join our Engineering department. This position will be based in our Batam office.
Responsibilities- Lead a group of Process Engineer & Asst. Engineer
- To set and generate work instruction for some products
- To review and improve current processes
- To perform any evaluation related to new material/process
- To support production in daily running
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic, Mechanical or something of relevant field
- Possesses 2 years’ of relevant experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Process
- Knowledgeable/Familiar with PCBA products
- Possesses good problem-solving capabilities
