Senior Engineer Maintenance Engineering

Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance activities defined in PM OJTI and sustaining and assisting equipment/machinery to ensure smooth production operations. Mastery of equipment knowledge is required for effective troubleshooting and to analyze and improve maintenance KPIs.

• Perform maintenance activities defined in PM OJTI and related general requirements (e.g., Green Line, safety).
• Sustain and assist equipment/machinery to ensure smooth production operation.
• Master equipment knowledge for effective troubleshooting and analyze and improve maintenance KPIs (e.g., OEE, UDT, SDT, MTBA, MTBF).
• Troubleshoot equipment for minor and major machine errors, including addressing common quality deviations.
• Coordinate 5S/housekeeping within working hours and perform autonomous maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Plan maintenance scheduling and ensure execution. Lead and develop the maintenance team’s competency (including technicians).
• Develop maintenance overhaul, adjustment, and calibration know-how for all tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of equipment processes (e.g., PM kits replenishment, spare-parts requests, calibration/buy-off and maintenance of tool kits) and KPIs (PM efficiency and PM effectiveness).
• Proficient in understanding machine elements, electrical/electronics, sensors and pneumatics, PLCs, etc.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 3–5 years of experience, or Diploma 3 with >10 years of experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in the semiconductor or electronic manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of 3D drawing.
• Knowledge of Maintenance KPIs (e.g., OEE, UDT, SDT, MTBA, MTBF).
• Ability to plan maintenance scheduling and ensure execution. Ability to lead maintenance teams (including technicians).
• Ability to develop maintenance overhaul, adjustment and calibration know-how for all tools and equipment.
