Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis to collect and analyze process data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement using statistical tools and methodologies.

Process Optimization to identify, analyze, and implement process improvements across the production lifecycle to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

Project Management, lead and manage process improvement projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.

Cross-functional collaboration, work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, R&D, and maintenance to align process improvements with company objectives.

Troubleshooting & problem-solving to provide technical expertise to troubleshoot process issues. Documentation & reporting to maintain detailed records of process changes, improvements, and project status.

Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, industrial engineering, or related field, with minimum 3 years of experience in the same position. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, problem solving skills and BOM management.

Proficient in process simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and industry-specific tools (e.g., Statistical Process Control (SPC), FMEA, DOE, 8D Problem Solving, DMAIC etc.).

Familiar with managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and strong understanding of process design, control systems, and automation.

Ability to perform under high pressure, result oriented and good trouble shooting capability. Fluent in English reading, speaking and written, solid skill for Microsoft office.

Good attitude, adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and seek continuous improvement, active listening, presentation skills.
