We are now seeking for the following professionals as follows :

Job description summary ;

Min. Diploma in Robotic / Automation / Electrical / Mechatronic / Engineering or Technical Related.

Min. 2 years Experience of project management (in the same field ) in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Medical product / plastic injection Molding.

Familiar in ISO/GMP standards, Software and & Scheduling to Relevant Jobs.

Proficient in Automation Project, Programming, Software Development, Process Control, Mechatronic, Digital Sytems, Robotics, Fluid Dynamics, Statistics and Design.

Actively involved in the process & layout plan during NPI stage, designing, programming, Simulating and testing the automated equipment to propose automation process the new manufacturing equipment and to ensure they function are fulfill design expectation.

Identify the new opportunities for automation within the manufacturing process and provide ROI calculation to get approval for execution.

Improvement process for the existing manufacturing equipment with automation capable, Create detailed documentation for the fully functional system, Troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment when errors occur.

Plans, Direct, Lead the project teams, Organize New Project Introduction (NPI) Activities, Development, Introductions, Act as window for technical issue related to product(s) to collect and Disseminate information.

Checking & compiling the information or technical documentation, preparing quotation, provide manufacturing documentation, utilizing supplier information, cost standards, technical information from quality manufacturing engineering and design. Create bill of material, process, external supplier specification to provide standard cost structure and detailed instructions for manufacturing, work with the team on the FMEA during project developments and work with the project team.

Following up the approval of the part, arrange mold transfer to production, commercial issue with customer and resources needed to materialise the new project. Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve on time, result including follow up with external suppliers to ensure timely response to action items.

Coordinating on the engineering input into the Project Management and Quality Plan. Reviews and monitors project progress and timeline performance to assure quality and adherence to requirements of contract documents.
