The successful candidate will support new package development, collaborate with partners for innovations, and ensure knowledge transfer for line sustainability. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering is required, with a preference for experience in Backend Semiconductor manufacturing. Candidates should have solid knowledge in AutoCAD and statistical analysis.
