Telemecanique Sensors is seeking an Engineering professional to improve manufacturing processes in Batam, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in Lean Manufacturing or a similar role. Key responsibilities include leading process improvements, ensuring the implementation of methods & tools like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, and managing product adaptations.

Strong interpersonal skills and English fluency are required.
