Senior Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer

• Collect and analyze process data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement using statistical tools and methodologies.
• Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements across the production lifecycle to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Lead and manage process improvement projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, R & D, and maintenance to align process improvements with company objectives.
• Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot process issues, resolve operational problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of process changes, improvements, and project status. Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical engineering, production engineering, or related field of min 6 years’ experience in the same position.
• Proficient in process simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and industry-specific tools (e.g., Statistical Process Control (SPC), FMEA, DOE, 8D Problem Solving, DMAIC etc.).
• Industry Knowledge:
  Experience in MNC manufacturing preferred.
• Strong understanding of process design, control systems, and automation. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Continuous learning mindset, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and solve complex engineering problems.
• Fluent in English reading, speaking and written, solid skill for Microsoft office and good attitude, adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and seek continuous improvement, active listening, presentation skills.
