Senior Engineer Unit Process Engineering

As Senior Engineer Unit Process Engineering, you will be responsible for Process Sustaining, qualifications, support on LOH and Yield Improvements, and technical documentation. You will manage manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing and/or packaging.

• Monitor process performance indices on qualified processes and establish good controls
• Sustain and continuously improve qualified technologies in volume production with regards to stability, quality, productivity and yield
• Lead and troubleshoot process issues, establish a systematic approach through 8D, DMAIC to prevent reoccurrence
• Support development of new technologies and ensure smooth take‑over into volume production and integration into the manufacturing environment
• Be accountable and drive for 8D closure of FAR, MRB, DDM and SCAR
• Lead and participate in yield and quality improvement and cost reduction activities

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Physics, Semiconductor Technology
• Experience in Laser Marking, Trim and Form process as Process Engineer
• Statistical data analysis, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Expertise in process knowledge and skills in manufacturing process and some equipment knowledge
• Systematic Problem‑Solving methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, Fishbone
• First level reliability (Knowledge of various failure modes, knowledge of application and respective reliability requirements and test standards)
