OSI Electronics in Batam, Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to lead improvements in process yield and quality in the SMT manufacturing environment. The candidate will manage a team of Machine Operators and Technicians, develop advanced processes, and perform critical analyses.
The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of SMT industry experience and a strong foundation in process engineering, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts within the team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.
