POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for analyzing process yield reports, providing technical leadership, troubleshooting and improving test methods, documenting test results, and offering feedback to manufacturing and engineering teams.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive or PCBA background or a similar industry.SMT knowledge and process.PCBA knowledge and schematic.Understanding of electrical and electronic components.Experience with testing methods and tester applications.Root cause analysis of failure findings.Debugging and troubleshooting PCBA knowledge.Proficiency with measurement tools (DMM / oscilloscope, etc.).Adherence to OHS&E practices and applicable standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949).ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze daily process yield reports, including operator errors, defective product, test equipment/test defects, RMA product defects, and spear corrective actions.Conduct failure analysis for PCBA/system.Provide technical leadership and guidance to FA technicians regarding defect analysis.Troubleshoot and help establish correct test methods, improving test methods as required.Document test results and provide feedback to manufacturing and engineering teams.Maintain and keep the working area to meet environmental requirements and regulatory compliance.Perform other duties as assigned.#J-18808-Ljbffr
