• Manage and monitor cooling systems such as chillers, FWUs (Fan Wall Units), CRACs (Computer Room Air Conditioners), cooling towers, and Precision Air Conditioning.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and other mechanical utilities.
• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Analyze system performance (energy efficiency, load balancing, airflow management).
• Coordinate with the electrical team, BMS, Fire Protection, and vendors to maintain operational continuity.
• Create technical reports (Incident Reports and Maintenance Reports), SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and operational documentation.
• Manage risks and ensure machinery is in good condition.
